Mergers and acquisitions shall be notified using the special form available for downloading from this site, which contains all the information required. Annexes can also be downloaded to submit the information to be returned with the notification.
The turnover thresholds above which it becomes mandatory to notify an acquisition or merger were updated in 17 September 2012 to 47 million euro for the Italian turnover of the acquired company and 474 million euro for the aggregate Italian turnover of all the companies involved.
