The short form version of the notification comprises forms A, B, C, D, E and F and provide the following categories of information:

Form A: Background information

Form B: Details of the concentration

Form C: Participating parties

Form D: Financial and personal links

Form E: Affected markets

Form F: Supporting documentation

The full-form notification forms are the same as the short-form notification forms, with the following differences and supplements:

Form E - Section III - The main trademarks: this replaces the same form and section used for the short-form notification (Market features);

Form G - General conditions on the affected markets: this is additional to the forms provided for short-form notification.
