33. The Authorities, with reference to the acts and conduct of undertaking operating in the industries subject to their oversight, shall notify the Competition Authority of any possible instances of infringements of law No. 287 of 10 October 1990.

34. On matters relating to competition and fair trading, the Competition Authority shall issue a mandatory opinion within 30 days to the competent public authorities in relation to the definition of concessions, service agreements and any other instruments for regulating the provision of national services and utilities.
